Environment coaching® is a trademark registered and created in 2018, born from the professional experience of architect enriched by the coaching methodology for the creation of a conscious and tailor-made built environment, thanks to the study and calibration of all environmental parameters, an environment tailored to the specific needs and activities of the people who live or work in that space.
The mission is to make people feel good in the spaces in which they live or work, in their "environment" and the brand takes its name from this.
The built space is not only the result of the taste of the client and the architect but the result of a careful study of users' needs, of the effects of the characteristics and of the activities they carry out.
The project is thus tailored to the person, the activity carried out and the characteristics of the building.
This happens through a deep knowledge of the effects that environmental parameters produce on living beings: photobiological, communicative, psychological and therapeutic effects, thanks also to the study of neuroscience and communication learned with the specialization in Business Coaching.
The environment infact "communicates" with the person who lives or works in it and every time we live in a space there is a strong interaction between the environment and the person, which can benefit the person or harm them.
The positive feeling is what we commonly call "environmental comfort", that is, the particular condition of well-being that you feel in an environment and that is determined primarily by a series of physical factors (temperature, humidity of the air, noise level, brightness, etc.) according to the specific sensory perceptions of each individual and the destination of the rooms.
But in addition to this environmental comfort, determined by these physical factors, there is more.
With my architecture studies integrated with coaching, I discovered that these factors are not the only elements that define "comfort" today, because neuroscience and PNEI have highlighted new mechanisms that we must take into account.
These aspects are particularly relevant in the design of the spaces in which we spend our lives and in which we carry out our professional activities (companies, shops, professional offices) and contribute to the well-being of those who live or work in those spaces.
Several researches confirm that these aspects also affect sales skills and ability to transfer information in the professional sphere.
Environmental coaching® was born from many years of my study, from years of projects and profession and from an integrated approach to architecture.
It is a completely new way of designing and living the environment, which results in the well-being of the person who lives or works in the built environment, obtained from the knowledge of the effect that each environmental parameter, which can be "controlled and expected" with the planning, has on our health and on our psyche , on our work performance and in general on our well-being.
